In the
visit to design district and Design Forum it was very interesting to see how many designers took into consideration the
ecological and sustainable point of view of the products.
Since these
considerations are also mine, I intended to
organize my work for it, focusing in the re-utilization of materials that had already a
long life behind them.
In our
visit to the Design museum, we could appreciate some of Finnish Designers
works. One of the objects that called my attention was the container “Muuto”
designed from recycled felt (huopa) by Mika Toivanen (http://www.finnishdesignshop.fi/sisustus-sailytys-restore-sailytyskori-violetti-p-4135.html).
